Salix Homes has a detailed profile of each neighbourhood which shows who lives in the area; property information; the number of homes in the area rented or owned; how Salix Homes involves customers in improving services to customers. As part of the profile for the neighbourhood, we record how it is performing against a number of important issues such as anti-social behaviour, how satisfied you are with the area and how many people want to move to the area. The overall performance of the neighbourhood is shown below in red, amber or green. This is updated at the end of every quarter.

Neighbourhood Blueprints
Salix Homes has been working with the community and other partners to develop an action plan called a Neighbourhood Blueprint. There is one Neighbourhood Blueprint for Pendleton. This will mean that we will be developing priority actions to improve the neighbourhood, improve our services and tackle any barriers experienced by residents. We look at many indicators including how clean, green and safe the neighbourhood is, whether people want to move into the area, are people paying their rent and whether they have opportunities to get into training and employment.

The Neighbourhood Blueprint includes actions which aim to meet customer priorities or objectives of Salix Homes and partners.
