Your new tenancy agreement coming soon!

With input from customers, partners and the council we have completely reviewed our Tenancy Agreement. The new agreement ensures all tenants, introductory or secure, are aware of their rights and responsibilities and is clear and comprehensive regarding our zero tolerance approach to nuisance and anti-social behaviour.

You will have received a Notice of Variation outlining the changes to your existing Tenancy Agreement, with the new agreement scheduled to come into effect in early 2010…keep an eye out for your copy in the post!
