Meet our Customer Inspectors

Here at Salix Homes we have a team of Customer Inspectors who test and monitor the way we deliver our services. Customer Inspectors are volunteers who give up their time to mystery shop our services. Here is the team... 

 Customer Inspector- Jessica Holman Jessica Holman, Higher Broughton
Jessica got involved through attending some of our festivals and training and wanted to get more involved in testing our services.

Customer Inspector: George Newton

George Newton, Pendleton
George is the chair of his local tenant and resident association and also attends some of our service specific panels. He undertakes block inspections in his area to measure our Cleaner Greener service standards.

Customer Inspector: Marueen Munuswamy

Maureen Munuswamy, Weaste
Maureen has been a customer inspector for six months and has already completed several mystery shopping exercises including ringing our customers to check repairs satisfaction levels. 

Customer Inspector: Maria Blackhouse

Maria Blackhouse, Weaste
Marie has done several mystery shopping exercises including checking how the Choice Based Lettings system works. This involved posing as a mystery customer and visiting one of our offices to test levels of service. 

Customer Inspector: Maureen Tully

Maureen Tully, Pendleton
Maureen is chair of her local tenant and resident association and attends several Salix Homes service specific panels. She has been involved for a number of years and enjoys her role as a customer inspector.

Wai Kwok
Wai has mystery shopped Salix Homes website and has tested our services through phone calls to Salix Homes staff. 

Customer Inspector: Harold Kerschner

Harold Kerschner, Broughton
Harold has taken part on several exercises to test our services including testing equality and diversity.

Neil Blakey, Pendleton
Neil is interested in testing our Cleaner Greener service standards and has undertaken regular block inspections which check standards of cleanliness in the reception areas, block grounds and on the landings.

Ann Bird

Ann Bird, Pendleton
Ann is one of our new customer inspectors and has taken part in random phone surveys to customers who have recently had repairs completed. Ann asked whether customers were satisfied with the levels of service they had received.
