Salix Homes on film!
Salix Homes have been chosen to be filmed by the Tenant Services Authority (TSA) who regulate affordable housing across England to demonstate good practice in involving our customers to improve services.
Salix Homes were one of four housing organisations to have been filmed by the independent regulator which will be used to show other organisations how residents can influence how housing providers deliver and improve services.
The film explains how Salix Homes are leading the way in tenant led self regulation and focuses on the Salix Homes Customer Senate and the work of the Customer Inspectors. Alison Hill, Director of Improvement and Customer Service, Colin Marchbank-Smith, Chair of the Customer Senate and Marie Backhouse, Customer Inspector are all interviewed.
