Senator achieves NVQ in Customer Care!

Sue Charker, Salix Homes Customer Senate Vice Chair, who is also regularly involved in helping to shape services we offer through involvement in consultation, recently benefited from the Salix Homes funded Learning and Development Programme.
Sue, who is a resident of Holm Court, obtained her NVQ in Customer Care. The course was originally aimed at Salix Homes' staff members but places were made available for our customers to attend aswell.
The course gave staff and customers the opportunity to share ideas and learning on what constitutes good customer care in an organisation.
