We have improved your on-line services to make them much faster and much easier to use. We have removed the need for an on-line login for everything other than viewing your rent account. This ensures that we have security for your personal details but removes a potential issue with rent account numbers and passwords for other services such as repairs and anti-social behaviour.


	Repairs We have improved our on-line repairs reporting facility. We have added new, more detailed diagrams to help you log repairs more quickly and easily. The diagrams also match your new Repairs Handbook. This should hopefully speed up the online repairs process and help us get your repair right first time, every time.
