Welcome to Higher Broughton and Broughton Park

Salix Homes manages more than 1,000 properties in the Higher Broughton area. There are a number of high-rise and low-rise blocks in Higher Broughton and two sheltered schemes operate in the area, Broomedge and Rialto Gardens. Higher Broughton is part of the East Salford Neighbourhood Management area, and borders both Prestwich to the north and Cheetham Hill in Manchester to the east.
