We are committed to the delivery of first class housing services that continually improve and meet your needs and aspirations. We aim to provide high quality housing in clean and safe communities that make Central Salford more than just a place to live.

As the chosen housing management organisation of your landlord, Salford City Council, Salix Homes is responsible for ensuring that the services you receive deliver the outcomes listed in the regulatory framework of the Tenant Services Authority (TSA).

We're able to demonstrate how we're delivering these outcomes through a combination of service standards - which describe the level of quality we should meet in delivering the services you receive, and performance indicators - which give us targets to achieve in areas like satisfaction or efficiency.
