Welcome to Ordsall and Islington

Ordsall is home to 4,734 households and Salix Homes manages 1,253 homes in the Ordsall and Broadway estates and approximately 300 homes on the Islington estate. The New Barracks Tenant Management Organisation is responsible for some older council and new housing association owned properties. Queen Alexandra Sheltered Scheme is also located in the Ordsall area.

The Ordsall management area is situated in the South East corner of Central Salford, bordering both Trafford and the regional centre of Manchester.
