Salix Homes manages more than 1,000 homes in the Weaste and Seedley area. The management area is situated to the Southwest of the Central Salford area. It covers sections of the Langworthy ward, and Weaste and Seedley ward.
The area is separated into three neighbourhoods; Langworthy and Seedley Renewal Area; Weaste and Fairhope.
