Annual General Meeting of Salix Homes
Salix Homes has a duty to hold an annual general meeting each year. The business covered in that meeting includes the appointment and retirement of Directors, the presentation of the report of the Director's / Auditor's of the Company and the audited accounts for the previous Financial year.
Annual General Meetings are usually held in September in the Boardroom at Diamond House and usually form the first part of a normal Board meeting. The AGM is open to members of the public
