Awards and Accolades
Part of our vision is 'to become an excellent organisation that delivers quality homes and services'. We hope that in becoming an excellent organisation this is recognised by both our customers, colleagues, partners and peers.
Since launching in July 2007, here are a few of ways this has been recognised:

It is intended for Arms Length Management Organisations (ALMOs) and housing associations and challenges us on diversity and equality practice. It looks at how well we know our customers, our customer care and responsiveness. Assessors were unanimous that we fulfilled the Excellent level of the SHEF. They cited a number of key strengths in each area and also took the opportunity to highlight areas for consideration to ensure that we continue to develop and improve, these are being developed and actioned. |
