The customer inspection team is a group of volunteers who have begun mystery shopping Salix Homes services. Part of their role will be to test Salix Homes service standards to check whether they are being met. They will use a range of techniques to do this and will then feedback the results to Salix Homes staff. The customer inspection team will ensure Salix Homes is accountable to its customers.
