Get involved in the national conversation

The Tenant Services Authority (TSA), the new Government Regulator for landlords of social housing concluded their first round of national conversation to determine tenant priorities in May 2009.
Tenants told the TSA that their main priorities were repairs and maintenance and keeping homes up to date and in good condition. Tenants also said they want the rent to be affordable, nuisance behaviour to be tackled and landlords to keep their promises.
The information gathered has helped the TSA shape the proposed set of standards for landlords. It is important that these standards are right as the TSA will measure the performance of each landlord
The TSA launched the second stage of their National Consultation on the 9th June 2009 to consult with tenants to ensure that they have got it right.

The closing dates for comments is the Tuesday 8 September 2009, make sure you have your say!
