Autumn Festival

Where?
When?
What time?
It's that time of year again when Salix Homes celebrates it's achievements. So far we have held two customer events, our first Autumn Festival at the Beacon Centre last October which focused on 'sowing the seeds' where we asked you what you wanted from your landlord and it's services. Our first Spring carnival at Buile Hill Banqueting Hall in May this year focused on feeding back what 'you said' and what 'we did'.
This October will see a bigger and better customer event, we will have a showcase of services showing how we have made improvements to make your experiences of living in a Salix Homes property the best it can be. We have recently re-organised the way we deliver our neighbourhood services to give us a clear focus on the main areas for concern, areas which you our customer have identified as being the most important to you. Come along and see how the services we provide affect you and how we can help you in your communities.
There will be stalls from Neighbourhood Services which include our Better Neighbourhoods Team, Cleaner, Greener and Safer Teams along with Customer Services and Repairs and Maintenance.
The festival will be fun and interactive with games, competitions and activities for all to join in. There will be seasonal food and refreshments available.
We are running a Fancy Dress Competition for all children who come along and with the Autumnal theme and time of year we cannot wait to see who comes through our door. Primrose Hill School have also agreed to run with an art project which will be displayed in the school and also at Salix Homes head quarters at Diamond House.
If you wish to be involved on the day or have a stall present, please contact the Customer Involvement Team on 0161 779 8832 or email samantha.tindale@salixhomes.org.
