Meets every six weeks on a Friday at Diamond House. Visit our What's On calendar to see when the next meeting will be.
The panel is responsible to oversee the delivery of the Income Management Strategy. The panel has responsibility to:
- Monitor the delivery of the Income Management Strategy
- Identify service improvements
- To monitor key performance indicators
- Develop links and channels of communication with the other panels to ensure continuity of service standards, benchmarking, sharing good practice, and networking
- Provide a nominated member to the Customer Senate and Communication Panel
The panel has a forward plan of business that supports the delivery of the Income Management Strategy and the panel is integral to delivering service improvements.
What has the Panel influenced so far...
The panel has influenced some significant business decisions. For example:
- Wording of rent increase/ decrease letters
- Process for dealing with arrears
- Increasing use of direct debit
