We work in together with Housing Connections Partnership to provide housing support across Central Salford for those of you who need a helping hand to continue living independently.
Who are Housing Connections Partnership?
Housing Connections Partnership is a new and improved way of delivering housing related services. These services will be provided by the new single organisation. Any council or housing association tenant, private tenant or owner occupier can access these services. Click here for more information on what they do.
What services does it deliver?
- It will provide and co-ordinate the Choice Based Lettings Service
- One point of contact to tackle anti-social behaviour and problem neighbours
- Housing support for vulnerable people, such as those with drug and alcohol issues or homeless people
- Housing advice and support for people seeking Asylum
- A range of housing services for older people, including the arrangement of support if you need it in your own home or providing housing that is specifically designated for older people
- General housing advice and support
- Help for people who need alterations carried out to their home due to illness or disability
