Salix Homes is responsible for managing leasehold properties purchased through Right to Buy where service charges apply. In these circumstances, Salford City Council is your landlord and regulated by the Homes and Communities Agency. Salix Homes is the managing agent, taking care of the day to day management of your home. At Salix Homes, we manage all matters to do with leasehold properties and leaseholders.
