If you’ve answered yes to any of these questions, then we’re looking for people like you. Join our team of over 30 Community Connectors and be the voice of your neighbourhood.

We know we can’t speak directly to every single customer, but it’s still important we hear their views.

That’s where our Community Connectors come in – these are residents living in our neighbourhoods who are our eyes and ears on the ground.

They work alongside our officers, relaying messages and community concerns.

Why volunteer?

Community Connectors help to identify the most important issues affecting our neighbourhoods, so we can take action.

Perhaps there’s an ongoing issue with anti-social behaviour in your street, or maybe you need funding for a community project – whatever the issue – Community Connectors provide the direct link between tenants and landlord.

You’ll also develop the skills, knowledge and confidence to speak up about what’s important to you and your community, help improve the quality of your neighbourhood and make sure that your community has a voice.
