Opti-time goes live!
Customers have told us that they want repairs appointments kept and problems fixed first time. Well, Friday 15 May saw the launch of our brand new automatic repairs service with our contact centre Salix Direct and repairs partner Jackson Lloyd.
The flexible new system will handle calls efficiently and monitor appointments throughout the day. More importantly this will mean we'll be able to provide reliable appointment times and tell our team exactly what is needed for the repair to help us get it right first time.
We'll also be able to send you messages to remind you when we're calling and to update you on the progress of your repair, so that we get it right first time!
Here's how it will work;
- Repairs are reported as normal to Salix Direct 0800 218 2000 or via 'Just Click' on the website
- We will offer a convenient appointment time
- A text message will be sent to confirm the appointment
- A reminder text message will be sent the day before the appointment
- A text message will be sent to confirm that an operative is on the way.
