Pendleton Planning Guidance

Salix Homes’ Pendleton Team, in partnership with Salford City Council, is working with the local community and its partners to prepare a Planning Guidance document for Pendleton, Salford.

The Planning Guidance document will provide the planning framework required to take forward the regeneration of the Pendleton area in the future and complements work upon the Private Finance Initaitive process.
