Performance Reports
Here at Salix Homes we monitor performance on a monthly basis as we are committed to ensuring that services are delivered efficiently and effectively. One way that Salix Homes monitors performance is through the establishment of performance measures known as Performance Indicators (PI's), which cover a range of housing services. These provide measurement guidelines and targets so that we know how well all our services are performing.
Working in partnership
Working effectively in partnership with Salford Council is important to ensure that Salix Homes operates at ‘Arms length' and complies with its legal obligations.
The relationship between the Council and Salix Homes is set within a Management Agreement.
Salix Homes and Salford City Council attend meetings at least once a month to discuss:
(1) Operational Issues
(2) Performance
(3) Financial and budgetary issues
(4) Any other issues which may arise from time to time.
