The Salix Homes Income Management Team offers support, advice and assistance to all Salix Homes customers. If any customer falls into rent arrears, then the team will do all it can to encourage repayment of those arrears whilst maintaining the tenancy.
We have strong links with other agencies, including the Citizens Advice Bureau, Welfare Rights and Debt Advice as well as local financial organisations such as River Valley Credit Union and Salford Moneyline.
