Does something in your home need fixing? Most repairs are free and, don't worry, if there's a charge, we'll make sure you know about it in advance.
The first thing to do is report the repair. You can do this in a number of ways.

• Report the repair at your Local Office or Service Point
Give us as much information as possible about the repair. To make this easier for you, use your Repairs Handbook. Also, don't forget tell us how to contact you during the day so that we can make an appointment to visit your home.
For your security and peace of mind, we'll ask you if you'd like a password. This can be any word of your choice. Only Salix Homes employees and partner companies will know this password and you should make sure they quote it before you give them access to your home.

You can report emergency repairs at any time, any day of the year. So, if you need to report an emergency repair contact 0800 218 2000 and we will help to deal with any emergency repairs requests you may have. For further details of what emergency repairs are click here.
We'll only be able to attend if it's a real emergency.
If you need to report any other repairs between 6:30pm and 8:30am you can call our freephone service on 0800 218 2000 and we will make arrangements to have the problem attended to within our normal timescales.
