Service Standards: Our Commitment to You

We are committed to the delivery of first class housing services that continually improve and meet your needs and aspirations. We aim to provide high quality housing in clean and safe communities that make Central Salford more than just a place to live.

As the chosen housing management organisation of your landlord, Salford City Council, Salix Homes is responsible for ensuring that the services you receive deliver the outcomes listed in the regulatory framework of the Tenant Services Authority (TSA). One of the ways we ensure this is by working with our customer panels to agree standards of quality for each of our services.

Our service standards set out what level of service you should expect from Salix Homes. They enable you to see if you are receiving a high quality service, and they empower you to challenge the services that aren't meeting expectations.
