At Salix Homes, we’re committed to giving you the highest possible standards of service. We want be open, honest and responsible. We expect all our staff and contractors to be the same. Now, if you feel we’ve let you down, you can call us in privacy on our new whistle-blowing hotline.
Of course, most day to day problems can be sorted out in person at your local housing office, through you local tenants and residents association or over the phone by calling Salix Direct on 0800 218 2000.
But what if a serious issue about our service comes up? What if you’re concerned about something illegal – perhaps you suspect theft, fraud or corruption? What if you feel strongly about our standards or the treatment our customers are receiving? You can tell us in confidence.
We are pleased to say that serious issues are few and far between. However, if you do have a problem, we want to know about it. Let us know and help us to deliver the highest standards of service to you at all times.
