The Pendleton PFI Group
The Pendleton PFI Group deals with the housing PFI project. Tenant and leaseholder representatives work alongside local members to help develop the plans for the Council owned homes in Pendleton. The group will help to decide the PFI contractor as the project moves forward.
Salix Homes, in partnership with Salford City Council, will continue to give you every opportunity to get involved.
