Salary: £31,288 - £33,106

As a key player in the leadership of our excellent repairs and maintenance service you will be responsible for the performance management of the service delivering high levels of customer satisfaction, operational efficiency and effective safety management.
You will be working closely with a range of internal and external customers, directly managing a team of operatives delivering repair and maintenance services to both occupied and unoccupied properties. The role involves undertaking regular employee reviews, managing individual performance, delivering high levels of quality, financial management and ensuring health and safety systems are maintained.
You will need to be a strong leader with the ability to prioritise your workload and positively contribute to streamlining practices in a constantly evolving busy service.
