Are you committed to delivering a high customer service satisfaction? We are looking for a customer service officer to join our Customer Service Team, working in our call centre and on our reception.

The main purpose of this role is to provide a first point of contact service for all customers through multiple contact channels delivering a consistent and high quality service at all times aiming to resolve enquiries right first time. In this role, you will be required to work flexibly on a rota operating between 8am and 7pm.
